If you have constant errors during cutting with height, Tip Touch or your laser is not cutting at required height above the sheet it may be down to faulty current amplifier / generator on the side of the laser head.
Also the Sensor Part (the bottom part of the laser head) may have damaged pin which transfers electric current through ceramic ring to nozzle. Please check if the pin is stuck in the housing. Available as separate product.
When replacing make sure the wire is not damaged also. Not included in the amplifier box.
