Ideal cutters when quick planning of the board is required. 

If your machine is equipped with ATC (automatic tool changer) first take majority of the material using large diameter flat bit and then change to smaller ones to fine finish your details, internal corners etc.

Make sure you not using too large of a diameter when your cnc may not be capable of sustaining strong pull on the small spindles or aluminum gantry - especially on hobbyist desktop cnc's.
